Natural Gas Regenerative Dryer
Explosion-Proof Heatless Dryers
Van Gas Technologies HLSX heatless regenerative desiccant dryers are designed to protect pneumatic equipment, controls and processes from the harmful and costly effects of moisture in compressed air and natural gas lines. All electrical components on HLSX dryers are housed in explosion proof enclosures, ideal for operation in areas classified as hazardous.
Van
Gas HLSX regenerative desiccant dryers operate on the
principle of pressure swing adsorption, where a fraction
of dry gas is used to regenerate the off-stream tower.
No heat or exhaust power is required for desiccant bed
regeneration. In natural gas applications, purge exhaust
can be diverted to compressor suction or used as fuel.
HLSX dryers deliver a -40ºF pressure dew point with models rated for 55, 80, 120 and 150 SCFM. All models in the HLSX series have a maximum working pressure of 280 PSIG. No yellow metals are used in the construction of HLSX dryers.
